Okay! Animation was actually not bad at all! It was fairly smooth and you did lipsyncing! Yaaay! Well done in that respect! Audio is your biggest problem in this animation, I would seriously consider getting a better mic! If you are planning to continue making animations like this you should invest in a better mic. Content was very clever I thought so I don't think you will have any future problems with creating funny or clever content.

Please, please, please get a better mic! If you do that I am certain that you will be producing much better animations. Do keep up the good work!

Alrighty then! The animation itself was very smooth so you seem to know what you are doing in that respect although I must say it was extremely short, I was hoping for something a little longer! There wasn't really much in the way of audi except for sound effects and the length of the animtion doesn't really help the audio at all. As for the content...I completely understand that this is a test animation, but may I suggest that you do all of the test animations yourself? Maybe get family and friends to review it and tell you what they think! Then start creating longer and more complex animations!

I don't think this is too bad an animating style and I think that if you just apply yourself to a longer animation you could produce some really awesome stuff!

Okay the animation was not all that bad considering you made the animation from sprites. It was a little juddery in places and a little unclear as to who was who. Audio was my biggest problem in this animation. The music was way, way to over the top, you serously need to tone it down a little. Also the text was very difficult to read in places. I realise that this could be due to the convertion of the video into swf but it made it very difficult to know what the hell was going on! Content was the best part of this animation but I found that it was spoilt by the text.

Please sort out the text problem because overall it was not a bad animation, if you just sort out the text is could be a very respectable series.

Okay the animation was really very good, I liked it a lot. I did notice however that you decided against lipsyncing? Trust me, I completely understand how difficult it can be, but I suggest you try to hide it by adding in more mouth movements so that you have more variation! Audio was alright, I found it difficult to understand what was going on in the animation. I really suggest that you put in subtitles so that the audio is made up for! Content, was billiant, seriously good idea! I loved the ending and suggest that you inpliment a few things i have said and carry on making new animations! You have some brilliant ideas and should definately continue animating!

Okay then. The animation is very choppy in places, I suggest that you do what you normally do when animating, then go back into the animation and add more keyframs just to make it smoother! The audio was alright I have a feeling that you took the audio from a website and had to fit it into the scene, which for your first animation is completely fine. Content was alright as well, although I was a tad confused as to what was happening.

Special note; you seem very capable of drawing well! The mermaid was very well drawn, shaded and everything so you get an additional point from me there!

Also keep animating! I realise that this is your first animation, but everybody started from somewhere! So keep it up!

Okay. The animation is alright, not bad in fact but it could be a little bit smoother in places and I think you might need to slow it down just a bit. The animation flashed from one scene to the next and I got a bit confused. Audio was alright, the music was obviously the inspiration for the animation, but I suggest you find a better microphone for voice acting. Content was unfinished, but you had already said that in the Author Comments so I forgive you that. From what I saw the content does look good.

All in all; 6

Oh and one more thing...FINISH IT and submit the finished version here!

The part where it switched from one scene to another was a flash back, something happened in the animation that made it look silly, it was supposed to zoom in on his head but it skipped. I cant seem to fix but as soon as I can I'll work on the rest.

I absolutely love the fact that this is a stop motion animation! I have given you a ten for animation based on the fact that you must have put in hours making this! I have to say that you have more patients in your little finger than I do in my entire body! It is very refreshing to see someone doing something original and new on newgrounds. Well done! As for the audio and content, I have only given you a seven for each, but I understand that this is an experiment as much as anything!

I will say one thing however. I do suggest that you put a loading bar and a start button at the beginning of your animation. It will make the overall animation look more professional. You can even get a loading bar from this site if you are not sure how to make your own!

The animation was actually very good, although I thought it could have been a little bit better, perhaps a little bit smoother? The audio was very clear and the voice acting was well done, however I think that it could be improved with more music. The content was quite funny, although I must say I didn't laugh a huge amount. Very well done on the concept however.

Lovely animation, loved the stylised imagery and everything! The animation was a little choppy (mostly concerning the character) but I have a very clear idea of how difficult it is to do character animation. The music was perfectly suited to the animation and very well synced. The content, although a little confusing, was actually very good.

The animation itself was not the best thing in this animation, which makes a change! The animation was fairly smooth, the transitions from each scene were great. The music was perfectly suited to the story line, but it did not detract from the over all animation. The content was brilliant, DO NOT change a thing about it. I did feel that the suicide was a bit much, but sometimes that can happen in life and the Hollywood ending is not always true. Still, a very good submission to Newgrounds!
